Corn silage baling or better bagging?

Rotor Bagger RT 5000 against baler-wrapper-combination

Baling and wraping of corn silage is especially known and established in regions with small size farms. The cost of this system belong to 25 € NET per bale for baling and wrapping. Such a bale of corn silage has (depending on the dry mass) a weight between 800 and 1.000 kg, that means round about 1 ton

The Budissa Rotor Bagger RT 5000 is a strong an cost efficient alternative. As the following calculation shows, the costs per ton are around 8 €. That corresponds to about 30% of the costs compared to corn baling.

And the very best is: with the Rotor Bagger RT 5000 farmers can ensilage also all other kind of silage: chopped grass or alfalfa, sugar beet pulp, CCM or crimped grains, by-products like brewers grain, pulp and many more.
