Winter-Service Rotor-Bagger after Season

Professional maintenance prevents downtimes in season.

• clean machine and put in in dry hall
• lubricate all grease nipples
• check feed table belt (right tension / damages)
• adjust / repair feed table side walls
• spray oil on chain of feed table belt
• check cables for damages, spray oil on them
• check rotor, if neccessary replace ware plates from rotor teeth or combs
• check wheel pressure
• check hand pump (oil on screw and pump lever), check fill level, if necessary fill in hydraulic oil HLP46
• check the gearbox(es) for leaks, replace seals if necessary
• Oil change gearbox(es) (fully synthetic oil PG320)
