WINTER-SERVICE ROTOR BAGGER AFTER SEASON

Professional maintenance prevents downtimes in season.

clean machine and put in in dry hall
lubricate all grease nipples
check feed table belt (right tension / damages)
adjust / repair feed table side walls
spray oil on chain of feed table belt
check cables for damages, spray oil on them
check rotor, if neccessary replace ware plates from rotor teeth or combs
check wheel pressure
check hand pump (oil on screw and pump lever), check fill level, if necessary fill in hydraulic oil HLP46
check the gearbox(es) for leaks, replace seals if necessary
Oil change gearbox(es) (fully synthetic oil PG320)
